Two ways to open the service menus
The menu today slides in from the right in a narrow column, so the Personal list runs to about twice the height of the screen and Litigation & Disputes falls below the fold. Both options below drop down under the header instead and show every heading at once — no scrolling.
Click the coloured buttons in each mock header to open and close the menus. All the links work, so they will take you to the real pages.
Decided: Option 1 is now the real menu — try the coloured buttons in the actual header at the top of this page. This preview is kept only so the two can still be compared, and can be deleted whenever you like.

A note on phones and tablets
Both previews are the desktop layout — wide menus like these need the room. On smaller screens the menu would stay as a full-screen list with the categories collapsed, so you tap “Litigation & Disputes” to open just those four links rather than scrolling past everything else.
