COVID-19 – OUR POLICY
Coronavirus continues to have a huge impact on the way that businesses currently operate in the UK and around the world.
Nicholsons Solicitors would like to assure its clients that robust home-working procedures are in place and our business continues to operate as usual, with a skeleton staff manning the office for those functions that cannot be carried out at home. Please however note the following:
Appointments and Client Meetings
We are no longer accepting visitors to the office unless absolutely necessary and we will use our best endeavours to complete transactions by telephone, email and video calling where possible. If attendance at the office is absolutely essential, please get in touch with your usual contact at the firm, who will give you further instructions.
Whilst we will continue to collect post for as long as Government guidance allows us to, we encourage all clients and contacts to send documentation to us by email, if possible. Again, if it is absolutely essential that something is sent to us in the post, please get in touch with your usual contact at the firm who will discuss the matter with you further.
We remain open for business as usual
Whilst we apologise for any inconvenience caused, the health and safety of our staff and of our clients must take priority at this challenging time.
