Local law firm Nicholsons Solicitors of Lowestoft has been awarded a national ‘Mark of Excellence’ in client service, specifically designed for law firms.
Nicholsons Solicitors now carries the LawNet Mark of Excellence, as a sign of its commitment to delivering excellent service to clients. This will be measured through online customer satisfaction surveys, staff training and mystery shopping, and audited as part of the LawNet ISO 9001:2008 quality standard.
Nicholsons Solicitors is well known for its commercial expertise and employs 24 staff members in it’s Lowestoft office.
