The disputes we handle
We act for property owners on either side of disputes like these. They often involve boundaries, where the line between two properties is unclear or a fence is in the wrong place; rights of way and other rights over land, such as access or parking, where one person is entitled to use part of another's property; and service charges, where the argument is about how much is being charged, how it's calculated, or what the money has actually been spent on. Many of these matters are decided at a property tribunal, if they can't be agreed, rather than in open court.

Our approach is to keep things in proportion. Some disputes can be resolved with a clear letter, a conversation, or mediation, and a sensible agreement is almost always better than a drawn-out fight. We'll give you a straight view of your position and what a dispute is realistically likely to cost in time and money, so you can decide how far you want to take it. Where a matter does need to go to a tribunal or court, we'll represent you firmly and see it through.
