Jessica is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department at Nicholsons, advising clients on a broad range of contentious matters including commercial, property, contract and contentious probate disputes.
Jessica has extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation, acting for both individuals and businesses. Her approach is focused on providing clear, practical advice and achieving commercially sensible outcomes for clients, whether through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution or court proceedings.
Before joining Nicholsons, Jessica was Head of Litigation at another regional firm, having developed significant experience across a wide range of civil and commercial disputes.
Prior to returning to the UK in 2022, Jessica was qualified and practised as a solicitor in Victoria, Australia.
