We are delighted to announce that Samuel McCluskey has qualified as a solicitor and will continue his career as part of our Commercial Property team in Norwich. Samuel initially joined Nicholsons as an apprentice in April 2025. During that time, he has developed substantial experience in commercial property matters whilst also completing the demanding process of qualification. His progression from apprentice to solicitor is a significant achievement and one we are very pleased to celebrate.

Samuel advises clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including commercial leases and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property. He also has experience advising landlords and tenants, as well as dealing with freehold and leasehold acquisitions, investment property, agricultural land and charity land. Samuel has already become a valued member of that team and has built strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. We look forward to seeing him continue to develop his practice here with Nicholsons. Congratulations to Samuel on this well-deserved achievement from everyone at Nicholsons.
