Buying a new home is exciting, but a new build often turns out to be more involved than people expect.

There’s far more paperwork than an ordinary purchase, the developer works to tight deadlines, and because the property is brand new, its title may not even be registered yet. It’s easy to feel a little overwhelmed, especially if it’s your first home. That’s exactly where we come in.

New builds come with a lot of covenants, and our job is to make sure you understand them in good time to ask questions and to meet the deadline for exchange.

Even when we’ve been recommended by your developer, we work for you and your lender. If you have a concern or a question, you have a real person to talk to. We keep things moving at the pace a new-build deadline demands, often progressing several parts of the purchase at once, without ever losing sight of your interests.
