Anita Bushell

Anita is a Partner and Head of Residential Property & New Build Conveyancing. Prior to joining Nicholsons in December 2023, Anita worked for several national and regional firms for around 20 years specialising in residential development and social housing. She was also the Divisional Legal Manager for a national housebuilder.

Based in both Norwich and Lowestoft offices, Anita has particular experience in residential development, new build properties, and plot sales. She acts for home builder and developer clients, Affordable Housing Providers, and Local Authorities, dealing with Development Agreements, acquisitions and disposals of Affordable Housing, site set-ups, Nominations Agreements, Intra-group Transfers, infrastructure agreements, s106 transfers, plot sales, and part exchange transactions.

Anita qualified as a solicitor in 2017, having previously qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive.
