Kate Duberley

Kate joined Nicholsons in July 2022 as a Conveyancing Executive. Having graduated from The University of Law with honours in 2015, she completed her Masters in Law in 2020 whilst working at conveyancing firms in Norwich.

Kate has experience in a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, dealings with unregistered land and new build properties.
