Katie Selwood

Katie Selwood is a solicitor specialising in Property Litigation. She advises landlords on the law in regard to obtaining possession of a property, defending disrepair claims and dilapidations cases.

Katie qualified as a solicitor in 2024 and spent time working in Conveyancing and Commercial Property before qualifying in Litigation. Katie worked for a number of local Norwich law firms before joining Nicholsons in 2025.
