Mark Rymarz

Mark Rymarz is a Partner and Head of Development and Strategic Land, specialising in commercial and residential property development with a particular emphasis on the acquisition of land for housing and secured development lending. Mark also advises clients on renewable energy development and business asset acquisitions and sales. Mark is included as a “Leading Partner” in the Legal 500 directory and has over 20 years’ experience working in the Commercial Property field. Having worked in banking after university Mark qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and spent 6 years in Norwich and London with a commercial law firm before joining Nicholsons as a partner in 2010.

Outside of working life Mark has since 2017 been a Governor of a local Special School for young persons with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities.
