Lisa joined Nicholsons in May 2026 as the firm’s HR Manager, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience within the public sector, specifically in education.
Lisa is passionate about people and wellbeing. She oversees all aspects of the firm’s human resources management, policies, practices and operations as well as overseeing the training and continued development of our people.
