Alex McKay is a senior conveyancer and solicitor in the Residential Property Department. Alex undertakes a variety of residential work including freeholds, leasehold, re-mortgages, and unregistered properties.
Alex qualified in 2015 and has a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing. Alex joined Nicholsons in April 2026 having previously worked in local firms before taking time to specialise in technical conveyancing on titles. Alex is primarily based in the Lowestoft office but also spends time at our Norwich office, acting for clients across the region.
