Anita joins Nicholsons Solicitors as a partner and head of the Residential Property Department 

Anita is based in our Norwich and Lowestoft offices. Anita has particular experience in residential development, new build properties and plot sales, having previously worked in-house as the Divisional Legal Manager for a national housebuilder. Prior to this, Anita worked for national and regional firms for around 20 years, specialising in residential development and social housing.

In addition to residential conveyancing, Anita has acted for home builder and developer clients, Affordable Housing Providers and Local Authorities. dealing with many aspects of residential development work including Development Agreements, acquisitions and disposals of Affordable Housing, site set-ups, Nominations Agreements, Intra-group Transfers, infrastructure agreements, s106 transfers, plot sales and part exchange transactions.
