Nicholsons has further strengthened its commercial property team with the appointment of partner Jade Tinney.

Prior to joining Nicholsons, Jade was the head of a commercial department in a Norwich-based regional firm. Named as a Rising Star by the Legal 500, Jade is specialised in a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, development, secured lending and landlord and tenant. She also advises charities and those in the not-for-profit sector about a broad range of commercial matters. Jade’s clients praise her ability to deliver “excellent advice” in a “pleasant, helpful and efficient manner” (Legal 500).
