Hollie Laird

Hollie graduated at the University of Hull in 2016. In 2017 she relocated to Norwich and worked at a busy city firm before joining Nicholsons in July 2022 as a Conveyancing Executive.

Hollie is based in our Norwich office and undertakes work on all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, dealings with registered and unregistered land. Hollie has extensive experience dealing with Newbuild purchases including Help to Buy.
