UPDATE: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

 

 

As the impact of Covid-19 continues to be felt throughout the community, Nicholsons Solicitors have adapted so that we can continue to provide our clients and contacts with support, whilst at the same time keeping our colleagues and communities protected as far as we are able.

Although our doors remain closed to walk-in clients, all of our teams are able to communicate by video call, phone call and email within our usual office hours of 9am to 5.30pm. Full contact details can be found on our ‘People’ page.

Where possible, we are still recommending that meetings take place via video call. We appreciate that this might be a new method of communication for many clients, and we are able to assist with set-up where needed. For those that do not have these facilities at home, we are happy for you to use our safe video conferencing space in our Lowestoft office, where you can be virtually connected to our lawyers. All our buildings have been risk assessed and we have appropriate policies in place so you can be sure it is a safe environment to visit.

We also have new virtual procedures to assist you when providing identification documents and signing wills.     

Lockdown has been a strange and challenging time for many of us.
